Identifying the Factors Affecting Second-Home Purchase Decisions of Foreigners in Turkey

Turkey has been among the most preferred countries by foreigners for purchasing a “second home” (SH) since beginning of 2000s. This explorative and descriptive study aims to determine factors which affect behaviors who have bought an SH in framework nationalities. The employed sequential mixed method, included quantitative qualitative aspects. As result research, it was found that affecting decisions foreign residents purchase home Alanya were grouped under four main themes twelve subthemes. A method conducted based on results research as well literature review. show behavior their intentions are significantly differentiated according contributes insight into issue buying presents marketing managerial implications.
